Service and accounts

Lettrium provides a workspace for permission-based email sent through accounts you authorize. You must have authority to act for your workspace, connect a sender and use the content and recipient data you provide. Keep account access secure and notify the operator of suspected misuse.

Permitted use

Send only lawful content to recipients who have agreed to receive it for the relevant brand and purpose. Keep reliable consent evidence and honor unsubscribe requests. Importing an address does not establish consent. Users remain responsible for recipient selection, message content and compliance with applicable privacy, marketing and provider rules.

Prohibited use

Purchased or scraped mailing lists, unsolicited cold outreach, impersonation, phishing, malware, deceptive subject lines, interference with opt-outs, and account rotation to evade provider limits are prohibited. Do not use Lettrium to infringe others’ rights or compromise another account.

Delivery and availability

Provider acceptance is not a guarantee of delivery or inbox placement. Spam classification, recipient settings, provider quotas and outages are outside Lettrium’s complete control. Messages may be delayed, rejected or held for review; the application must not silently retry an ambiguous provider result as if it were a confirmed failure.

Access restrictions and closure

Sending may be limited or suspended to protect users, enforce consent, respond to abuse or comply with provider requirements. You can disconnect senders or close your account from Settings. Closure cannot recall already submitted email. Data handling and the limits of account deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.

Commercial and legal terms

Lettrium does not currently offer a paid subscription, pricing commitment or service-level guarantee. Any future paid offer must state its price, billing and cancellation conditions before purchase. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
